We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or SumUp.

Where We Store It
Your data is stored securely in Notion, a cloud-based workspace tool. Notion is GDPR compliant and operates under a Data Processing Addendum. Data is not stored on paper or in unsecured local files. Only the therapist has access to your records.
How Long We Keep It
Client records are retained for a minimum of 7 years following your last session, in line with professional practice recommendations. After this period, records are permanently deleted from Notion.
If you have not booked a session within 3 years and have given no marketing consent, your contact details will be removed from our records.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
